Starry-eyed Surprise

Jewels, off your beautiful eyes
color the world with your gentle surprise

myriad in the mist of your luminescent guise
restless in thoughts of a calmly wise

the elegance of your eyes from the depths of a quiver
oh please...please don't cry me a river

the immensity of a drop that beset in thy sight
behold, or nothing will be spared in the flow of a might

the dead silence of the night
the shimmer on your skin
the fragrance of a beauty, that lay within

sanguine in existence, you eyes start to speak
in a language of it's own, with an innocent tweak

do i hold my senses or do i hold thy jewels
the former is worthless without its coordinates
the latter too precious for every single fall

jewels i have known of different kind
jewels that cross my weary mind

countless in their form
existential in their shine
but the jewels from your eye
a single one can define

the essence of the infinite
the virtue of reflection
turning the whole world...
upon a single regression

hold my ardent clarity of your fine
lest i get caught in an eternal entwine
